If you accept our quote, we will schedule a delivery time. If you purchase an H2F-treated pine timber, then we will provide you with a 25-year transferrable warranty.

Delivery & rectifications
When you accept our free quote, we will schedule a delivery date that works with your schedule to ensure that we meet your job deadline. Please note that you should schedule your delivery date about 3 weeks out from the date you start cutting on site.
If we need to know anything about the delivery (e.g. power lines, trees, narrow spaces), please notify us beforehand.
If we happen to make an error we will make arrangements with the builder to resolve the issue, making sure our solution is satisfactory to both parties.
